Background - Curran was created by Steve Shields and Fran Shields in 2005. Previous to Curran, for 12 years, they were owners of Quantera Canada, a Management Consulting company with offices in Edmonton, Calgary, and Dublin, Ireland, which they sold in 2004.

Steve^PMP and Fran^PMP have a thorough understanding of business and the skills to have managed large business and change projects. Their experience covers private and government organizations spanning strategic, business, operational, and technology areas. They have been Project Directors, Project Managers, Business Reengineering Specialists and Facilitators. Steve and Fran have designed, redesigned, and implemented new lines of business, business processes, and new product and technical applications with clients in Canada and Europe.

Steve and Fran’s skills, experiences and personal attributes are complimentary in a manner that provides clients with a unique and well rounded perspective. Early in their careers they learned the hard lessons that have contributed to their success today.
